Getting Started

Everything you need to know before booking your first SuperRelax ride.

SuperRelax connects you with professional, vetted chauffeurs in over 500 cities across 50+ countries. Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select your preferred service class, and confirm your booking. A professional chauffeur will arrive at your location in a premium vehicle, ready to take you wherever you need to go. You can book rides in advance or request same-day service where available.

CoverageCities

You can sign up in seconds using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. Visit our website or download the SuperRelax app, tap "Sign Up," and follow the prompts. You'll need to provide your name, email, and phone number. No credit card is required to create an account — you only need payment details when making your first booking.

We offer four tiers to fit every need:

Economy: Comfortable sedans for everyday travel. From $45.
Comfort: Spacious vehicles with extra legroom and amenities. From $75.
Premium: Luxury sedans such as Mercedes E-Class or BMW 5 Series. From $120.
Business Class: Top-tier vehicles like Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, or equivalent. From $195.

All vehicles are recent models, immaculately maintained, and equipped with WiFi, device charging, and complimentary water.

Service classesVehicles

When booking an airport transfer, simply provide your flight number. Your chauffeur will track your flight in real-time and adjust pickup time based on actual landing. They'll meet you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, help with luggage, and escort you to your vehicle. You get 60 minutes of free waiting time for international flights and 30 minutes for domestic flights, so there's no rush.

AirportFlight tracking

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for guaranteed availability in your preferred service class. However, same-day bookings are available in most major cities with as little as 2 hours' notice. During peak travel seasons and holidays, we suggest booking 3–7 days ahead. Hourly and full-day hires should be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

BookingTiming

Luggage allowance depends on the service class and vehicle. As a general guide, Economy vehicles accommodate 2 standard suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Premium and Business Class vehicles can handle 3 large suitcases comfortably. If you have oversized luggage, sports equipment, or extra bags, mention it in the booking notes so we can assign an appropriate vehicle.

Never. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — guaranteed. Unlike ride-hailing apps, SuperRelax does not use surge or dynamic pricing. Your fare is calculated based on distance, time, and service class at the time of booking and will not change regardless of demand, weather, or traffic conditions.

Managing Bookings

Everything about changing, cancelling, or tracking your ride.

You can modify your booking (pickup time, location, service class) up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup through your account dashboard or by contacting our 24/7 support. Changes made within the 2-hour window may be subject to availability. Log in to your account, go to "My Bookings," select the ride, and tap "Edit Booking."

ModifyChange

You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Cancellations made between 24 and 1 hour before pickup incur a 50% charge. Cancellations within 1 hour of pickup, or no-shows, are charged the full fare. For hourly bookings, the free cancellation window is 48 hours.

CancelRefund

Yes. Once your chauffeur is en route, you'll receive a link via SMS and email to track their live location on a map. You'll also see the chauffeur's name, photo, vehicle details, and estimated arrival time. The tracking link works in any browser — no app download required.

TrackingGPS

Absolutely. You can add up to 3 intermediate stops when booking, or request additional stops directly with your chauffeur during the ride. Additional stops may affect the final fare. For hourly bookings, you can make unlimited stops within your reserved time.

StopsMulti-stop

Yes. Child seats (infant, toddler, and booster) are available in most cities at no extra charge. Select "Child seat" in the booking notes and specify the child's age. Availability depends on the city and should be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Immediately after booking, you'll receive a confirmation via email and SMS containing your booking ID, chauffeur details (assigned closer to pickup), route, and fare. You can also view all your bookings in the "My Bookings" section of your account.

My Account

Manage your profile, preferences, and saved details.

Go to the login page and tap "Forgot Password." Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder. For security, password reset links expire after 30 minutes.

PasswordSecurity

Log in and go to Settings → Profile. You can update your email, phone number, and preferred language. Email changes require verification through a confirmation link. Phone number changes require an SMS verification code.

ProfileUpdate

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Once deleted, all personal data is removed within 30 days per our privacy policy. Any outstanding bookings must be completed or cancelled before deletion. This action is irreversible.

DeletePrivacy

SuperRelax Rewards lets you earn points on every ride. Points can be redeemed for free upgrades, complimentary rides, and partner perks. You automatically earn 1 point per $1 spent. Silver tier (500 pts) unlocks priority booking; Gold tier (2000 pts) unlocks complimentary upgrades and airport lounge access in select cities.

Billing & Payment

Invoices, payment methods, refunds, and pricing questions.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Corporate accounts can also pay via invoice with net-30 terms. In select countries, bank transfers and local payment methods are available.

PaymentCards

Receipts are automatically sent to your registered email after each ride. You can also download invoices from My Bookings → select a completed ride → "Download Invoice." Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoices with full trip details for expense reporting.

InvoiceReceipt

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 14 days of the ride. We review all refund requests within 48 hours and will credit your account if an error is confirmed.

RefundDispute

You're charged in the local currency of the pickup city. For example, rides in London are charged in GBP, rides in Tokyo in JPY. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate and foreign transaction fee — check with your card issuer.

CurrencyInternational

Enter your promo code at checkout in the "Promo Code" field. Discounts are applied instantly to your total. Promo codes cannot be combined and have expiration dates. Refer a friend and you'll both receive $15 off your next ride — share your unique referral code from your account dashboard.

PromoDiscount

Tips are not included in the fare. After your ride, you can add a tip through the app or website — 100% goes directly to your chauffeur. You can also tip in cash. While tipping is optional, it's always appreciated for excellent service.

TipsGratuity

Airport pickups include 60 minutes (international) or 30 minutes (domestic) of free waiting time. All other pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting. After the free period, a per-minute waiting charge applies (varies by city and service class). You'll be notified if waiting charges begin.

Keeping our customers and chauffeurs safe — everywhere.

Every chauffeur undergoes a rigorous multi-step vetting process including criminal background checks, driving record verification, professional license validation, and in-person interviews. They must have a minimum of 5 years of professional driving experience. All chauffeurs receive ongoing training in safety, customer service, and defensive driving.

VettingBackground check

Yes. Use the "Share my ride" feature to send a live tracking link to family, friends, or colleagues. They can follow your ride in real-time on a map, see your driver's details, and estimated arrival time. Available via the app and through the ride tracking SMS link.

Share rideTracking

In a life-threatening emergency, always call local emergency services first (911, 112, 999, etc.). The SuperRelax app includes an in-ride emergency button that immediately alerts our safety team with your live location. Our 24/7 safety team can coordinate with local authorities and assist you directly.

EmergencySafety

All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between rides. Chauffeurs follow a multi-point cleanliness checklist covering door handles, seats, armrests, screens, and charging cables. Hand sanitizer and masks are available on request. Vehicles are inspected regularly to ensure they meet our quality standards.

HygieneClean

Contact us immediately through the app or call our 24/7 support line. We'll connect you directly with your chauffeur or their dispatcher. Most items are recovered within 24 hours. A small delivery fee may apply to return lost items to a specific address.

Corporate accounts, travel agency solutions, and enterprise features.

Corporate accounts give your team a single, managed platform for all business travel. Admins can add employees, set travel policies and spending limits, approve bookings, and receive consolidated monthly invoices. Employees book rides using their corporate profile — no personal payment needed. Contact our business team for a tailored quote.

Yes. We partner with travel management companies, event agencies, and concierge services worldwide. Partners get access to our booking API, white-label solutions, commission structures, and a dedicated account manager. Apply through our partnership page or email partners@superrelaxlimo.com.

AgenciesPartners

Corporate accounts include a full reporting dashboard with trip history, spending breakdowns by department/employee/city, and exportable CSV/PDF reports. We also integrate with major expense management platforms including SAP Concur, Expensify, and Navan.

Yes. Our REST API allows enterprise clients and technology partners to integrate SuperRelax bookings directly into their own platforms, apps, or workflows. API access is available for corporate and agency accounts — contact our integrations team for documentation and sandbox credentials.

We're committed to sustainability. Every ride is carbon-offset through verified environmental projects. In select cities, electric and hybrid vehicles are available as a booking option. Corporate accounts receive an annual sustainability report showing carbon offset contributions.

For Chauffeurs

Information for current and prospective chauffeur partners.

Apply through our chauffeur partner page. You'll need a valid professional driving license, at least 5 years of driving experience, a clean driving record, and a vehicle that meets our quality standards (or work with one of our fleet partners). The application process includes document verification, a background check, and an online orientation session.

ApplyRequirements

Chauffeur partners receive weekly payouts via direct bank transfer. You can track all your earnings, tips, and completed rides through the SuperRelax Chauffeur Dashboard. Payout schedules may vary by country. Tips are passed through in full and paid out with your weekly earnings.

EarningsPayout

Vehicles must be no more than 5 years old, dark-colored (black, dark grey, or dark blue), four-door sedans or SUVs, and maintained in excellent condition. Premium and Business Class tiers have specific model requirements. All vehicles undergo an initial inspection and periodic quality checks.
